Suite 1100\nDivision: Air & Sea\nJob Posting Title: Logistics Technician\nTime Type: Full Time\nDuties and Responsibilities\nProvide front-line technical support for core warehouse applications, regional cross-dock platforms.\nPerform regular device updates, factory resets, and compliance audits using (MDM) tools.\nAssist in setting up user accounts, system access levels,and perform some light system maintenance.\nHelp with testing for any updates or new application rollouts.\nMonitor automated reporting and flag data integrity or electronic data errors for escalation.\nAssist with systems training and support.\nEducational background / Work experience\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in logistics, cross-dock, and warehouse environment.\nExperience with logistics applications and cross-dock systems, including but not limited to:\nWarehouse Management Systems\nTransportation Management Systems\nMessage Transformation / Data Mapping Tools\nExperience in hardware configuration, setup, and maintenance.
