FC, LLC MS, Pass Christian\nDivision: Solutions\nJob Posting Title: Material Handler - Packer/Blender Technician - 110277\nTime Type: Full Time\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe SBC Packing-Blending Technician is responsible for SBC Packing and Blending, operating process equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery & equipment. The candidate must have knowledge of general safety procedures and be able to communicate effectively with team members. This position is expected to uphold and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety and work rules, and OSHA/MSDS Standards. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting products and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. These associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned.\nAs part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nSBC Packing Operations: \nPerform SBC packing operations in accordance with established procedures and production requirements.\nEfficiently produce filled SBC product in accordance with visual standards.\nPerform Flushout/Grade Changes in accordance with production requirements.\nMaintain an organized work area.\n\nReblend Operations:\nPerform blending duties for Dry Blend and Wet Blend operations following all area SJP.\nFollow blend back campaigns as communicated from Supervisor.\nPrepare emptied bags and discard consumed raw materials during blending.\nMaintain an organized work area.\nBulk Operations:\nPerform support duties and tasks for Chemours Bulk Operations.\n\nQuality & Compliance: \nInspect all SBC bags prior to hanging for defects and contamination.\nMaintain accurate and legible documentation following area SJP.\nEnsure accurate application of all labeling and barcodes on bags during filling process.\nFollow area SJP for SBC Packing and ensure compliance with all visual standards for tray appearance guidelines.\nReport on all quality variances.\n\nEquipment Inspections:\nInspect all process equipment prior to operation.\nInspect blending equipment and product screens prior to blending.\nEnsure metal detector operation. (Record LPN)\nInspect fill tube hoses\nInspect scale for product underneath (could affect weight accuracy)\nProper documentation and reporting of any issues found during inspections.\nInventory & Sampling: \nComplete SBC sampling to ensure product quality following sample schedule recipe.\nEnsure accurate labeling of all SBC product samples.\nAssist in physical inventories for raw materials.
