Shape the future of Master Data Management.\nIn this role, you will translate strategic ambitions into tangible business outcomes, lead complex transformation initiatives across multiple functions and geographies, and ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio that is critical to DSV's future growth and digital transformation.\nThis is an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide capabilities, influence senior leadership, and build scalable delivery models that create lasting business value.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead and govern a portfolio of strategic MDM initiatives.\n\nDrive portfolio prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization across multiple workstreams.\n\nMaintain an integrated view of priorities, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery commitments.\n\nEstablish and continuously improve governance frameworks, portfolio standards, and delivery methodologies.\n\nPartner with senior business and technology stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and transformation success.\n\nBuild scalable delivery capabilities covering project management, migration, testing, change management, training, and hypercare.\n\nDrive organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.\n\nProactively identify and mitigate portfolio risks while ensuring transparency and timely escalation of critical issues.\n\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nProven experience leading large-scale transformation portfolios or programs in global organizations.\n\nStrong portfolio and program management expertise, including governance, prioritization, dependency management, and executive reporting.\n\nExperience with global business transformations, large-scale rollouts, and complex organizational change initiatives.\n\nExperience delivering transformation within MDM or enterprise data domains, ideally including business partner, location, reference, address or controlling data\n\nExperience within Master Data Management, Data Governance, SAP MDG and/or SAP ERP environments.\n\nConsultancy experience within leading transformation programs is highly valued.\n\nAbility to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building strong relationships across business and technology functions.\n\nDemonstrated success operating in highly matrixed, international environments.\n\nPMP, MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nStrong strategic thinking and execution skills\n\nProven experience leading complex portfolios and transformation initiatives\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilities\n\nConfidence in driving change and influencing senior leaders\n\nStrong business acumen and decision-making skills\n\nResilience, adaptability, and a hands-on mindset\n\nAbility to challenge constructively and navigate complex situations\n\nExperience leading and developing high-performing teams\n\nContinuous improvement and growth mindset\n\nWhy join us?\nYou will play a key role in shaping the future of Master Data Management at one of the world's leading transport and logistics companies.
