Read more at www.dsv.com\nLocation: Clarksville, TN\nDivision: Solutions\nJob Posting Title: Data Center Onboarding Specialist- System Specialist\nTime Type: Salary\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Onboarding Specialist is responsible for executing the tactical elements of client onboarding, ensuring that all system configurations are accurate and timely. This role supports the provisioning department by validating and entering associate info and managing hardware tracking at the site level. This role will work closely with the Customer system provisioning manager communicating SLO metrics and escalating issues as needed.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nActs as the secondary support of the client’s systems solutions for the user community\n\nWorks to identify and resolve system issues on the floor pertaining to all functions\n\nMaintain and update the hardware tracking database to ensure equipment readiness\n\nDevelop and produce regular reports as needed for operations\n\nConduct data validation checks to identify and resolve provisioning errors\n\nMeet Onboarding Service Level Objectives (SLOs), including provisioning lead times and system accuracy rates\n\nProvide support to the Customer Service Provisioning Manager during site launches\n\nEffectively communicate provisioning issues to Management\n\nAct as the site lead for SAP Fieldglass, ensuring that contingent labor and external service providers are correctly integrated into the system ecosystem for new sites\n\nPerforms all other duties as assigned\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nIntermediate to Advances Microsoft Office skills\n\nTechnical knowledge of technologies appropriates to the assigned application or set of applications, business unit or region.\n\nExperience in the administration and maintenance of infrastructure, software, systems, etc.\nExperience with Red Prairie, RF/ RDTs, UNIX, proprietary WMS\n\nWi-Fi experience / RF systems and equipment experience\n\nLanguage Skills\nEnglish (reading, writing, verbal)\n\nInterpersonal communication and language skills (e.g., listening to others, speaking to others, reading, writing).\n\nCommunication (facilitation skills and very mature communication skills to be able to communicate to all levels in the organization).\n\nBasic to Intermediate skills needed.\n\nBusiness & financial acumen (analyzing financial information, dealing with complexity, problem solving, using sound judgment).\n\nAnalytical skills (e.g., storing information, data management, mining data, learning, and following procedures).\n\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 1 year of job related/relevant experience.\n\n1-3 years of experience is preferred.\n\nExperience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients\n\nOther Skills:\nConviction (adapting to change, being flexible, finding work improvements, resolving conflicts).\n\nCustomer passion (customer service).\n\nPersonal integrity (behaving with integrity, sensitivity to others).\n\nPeople and relationship management skills (e.g., demonstrating teamwork, sensitivity to others).\nResults driven (being dependable, being persistent/overcoming barriers, being productive, being resourceful, demonstrating work ethic, drive to achieve goals, IT compliance, prioritizing, reading, taking Initiative, taking ownership, working autonomously, project management skills).\n\nChange management skills (e.g., learning agility, adapting to change).\n\nWorks under general supervision but is expected to use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community.\n\nMust be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nMixed office and oeprational environment\nLight manual- occasional movement of items up to 20 lbs; frequent walking or standing\nHigh level of mental and emotional effort\nDSV is an equal employment opportunity employer.
