The role supports the Accounts Payable function through invoice processing, account reconciliations, payment validation, reporting, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.\nTasks and Responsibilities\nRegister, validate, and post supplier invoices and employee expense claims in the ERP system (SAP).\nPerform accounts payable transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.\nCommunicate with local DSV offices and external vendors to resolve invoice, payment, and account-related inquiries.\nPrepare Accounts Payable reports, including invoice aging, overdue invoices, payment analysis, and other operational metrics.\nReview and validate automatic payment proposals prior to payment execution.\nPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.\nDeliver Accounts Payable services in accordance with established procedures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures, applicable laws, management instructions, and company standards, including information security and intellectual property protection.\nDemonstrate behaviors aligned with DSV's values and Code of Conduct.\nParticipate in training programs and continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and support operational excellence within the Finance organization.\nEducation and Skills\nBachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\nWorking knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.\nGood communication, organizational, and customer service skills.\nMinimal Work Experience\nPrevious experience in Finance, Accounting, or Accounts Payable is preferred.\nAt least 1 year of experience in a Finance or Accounting role will be considered an advantage.\nDSV - Global transport and logistics\nWhat moves you?\nAt DSV, we move more than goods.
