Storage and distribution take place from our own GDP certified pharma warehouse of 7,500 m2. As an operational key account manager, you recognize the needs of customers and advise them on new opportunities, with a focus on customer service. Additionally, you discuss this with the team leads and your direct manager in the healthcare department. You share market trends, aviation, and air cargo news with them and tackle new and existing customer-related challenges. You identify potential new opportunities and proactively respond to them: you work on it.\nHow you do this?As an operational key account manager, you identify customer needs and provide them with advice on new opportunities and possibilities, with a focus on customer service. Additionally, you discuss these matters with team leads and your direct manager in the healthcare department. Together, you address market trends, aviation and air cargo news, and tackle challenges related to both new and existing customers. You recognize potential new opportunities and anticipate them. Your up-to-date knowledge of air cargo, the current market, and extensive experience with Excel are crucial for your role. Sharing this information and trends with customers and colleagues, through presentations in MBRs and QBRs, is part of your responsibilities. All with the aim of making the operations in the healthcare department even more customer-oriented.
