You will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and oversee the operational aspects of their shipments. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and meet client needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccount Management\nAct as primary contact for key accounts as defined by branch- and regional management\nPenetrate customer’s organization to identify and build relationships at all levels\nWork across DSV’s network and divisions to maintain and grow share of wallet\nEnsure rates are current, communicated to OPS and submitted to ISSC for auto rating purposes\nProvide clients with market insights to best predict and maneuver market challenges\nCreate, maintain and update SOPs\nLead client onboarding and implementation\nOperational Execution\nOversee day-to-day operational activities, identify risks, pain points and service gaps\nLead any and all collaboration efforts across internal stakeholders involved with the client\nHead up and respond to spot quote requests identify upselling opportunities\nEnsure data quality KPIs are met including timeliness and billing days\nAchieve and maintain acceptable AR rating\nPerformance Review\nMonitor, analyze and action customer performance according to committed volumes\nMonitor, analyze and action DSV performance according to KPIs in Service Level Agreement\nEnsure client reporting requirements are met\nConduct effective client business reviews on scheduled cadence and own any follow up items\nStrategic Focus\nFacilitate/support contract and rate negotiations\nIdentify new opportunities and structure deal teams to execute the opportunity to a win\nDevelop account plans and action outlined satisfaction, threats and development opportunities\nCreate and deploy bespoke logistics solutions according to client needs.
