The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment is critical. Execution of duties will require a team-oriented individual that is customer service focused, and able to obtain a strong knowledge of systems and vendor capabilities.\nWhat will you be doing?\nControl and manage inbound and outbound operational administrative functions.\nWorks closely with team members to meet or exceed all customer service requirements.\nDevelops and maintains positive customer relationships.\nCommunicates effectively with customers, partner vendors and team members.\nEnsures the attainment of applicable key factors.\nResponsible for accurate data capture and system entry.\nSupports team members to ensure superior customer service.\nUtilises the quality process to resolve customer service and vendor issues.\nProactively anticipates and resolves potential customer service partner vendor and internal team issues.\nLiaising with the warehouse to ensure all picking / packing requirements are met \nPrepare correct documentation to the operation and transport companies for the loading and offloading of vehicles \nAssist with the analysis of KPI achievement status reports, to detect areas of improvement for operational and service performance.\nGenerate, monitor and distribute KPI data reports for internal and external stakeholders\nAbout You\nPrior experience in performing administrative duties and data entryis ideal.\nStrong communications skills both written and verbal.\nExceptional numeracy and IT skills\nExcellent time management and organisation skills.\nHigh attention to detail.\nAbility to problem solve.\nIdeally previous recent relevant industry experience in a similar role\nWhat can we offer you?\nCompetitive Salary Package and an opportunity to be a part of and grow within a driven and successful company, with a team of 160,000, operating in over 90 countries.
