In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with operational teams and management to identify improvement opportunities, optimize business processes, and drive operational excellence. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, promote Lean methodologies, and support the achievement of DSV's strategic objectives through measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across GBS. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize costs, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Lead and monitor improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Define, track, and report KPIs and operational performance. Support process standardization, documentation, and quality audit
