The position will support sites cross DSV’s North American Contract Logistics, High Tech II vertical and influence site operations teams to deliver measurable improvements in accuracy, shrink reduction, and process adherence.\nSuccess in this role requires the ability to drive results through indirect leadership and influence, embedding standards and accountability across a highly matrixed operations organization.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nBuild capability and consistency across sites through training, tools, and governance\nPartner closely with: Site Operations Leaders, Engineering & Continuous Improvement teams & Account Management / Customer teams\nInfluence without direct authority to ensure adoption of ICQA standards\nDrive network-wide inventory accuracy performance, including Cycle count execution and compliance, Root cause analysis of discrepancies & shrink and missing inventory reduction programs\nDrive accountability across site operations teams for inventory accuracy KPIs\nImplement reporting and dashboards to track Inventory accuracy, Adjustments and write-offs & Root cause trends\nDevelop frameworks for inventory health management, including Aging inventory, Obsolescence risk & Location accuracy\nLead development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution across sites\nImplement structured quality audits and corrective/preventive action processes (CAPA)\nLead ICQA-driven continuous improvement initiatives across the network\nUtilize data to identify systemic issues and prioritize improvements\nDeploy Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to improve: Inventory accuracy, Process reliability & Quality outcomes\nTrack and report realized improvements and cost avoidance\nEnsure alignment between ICQA processes and WMS/LMS systems\nDrive enhancements to inventory control and quality reporting tools\nPartner with IT and analytics teams to improve visibility and automation\nUnderstanding of supply chain KPIs and 3PL cost-to-serve models\nStrong knowledge of WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, etc.)\nExperience with inventory control methodologies (cycle counting, root cause analysis, audit frameworks)\nUnderstanding of storage optimization and warehouse layout principles\nSKILLS & ABILITIES\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)\n5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics (3PL experience strongly preferred) \n4+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or operational excellence leadership\nProven track record improving:\nInventory accuracy\nShrink reduction\nOperational quality metrics\nAbility to lead through influence in a matrixed organization\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability\nProcess-oriented with a bias for standardization and scalability\nUnderstanding of supply chain KPIs and 3PL cost-to-serve models\nStrong knowledge of WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, etc.)\nExperience with inventory control methodologies (cycle counting, root cause analysis, audit (QMS, CAPA, audit frameworks)\nProficiency in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, large datasets)\nExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)\nExperience with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization best practices (preferred but not required\nCertificates & Licenses:\nQuality related certifications preferred.\nSatisfactory completion of forklift training program preferred\nLanguage
