This role partners closely with finance leadership, accounting teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with financial compliance and reporting standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage finance-related projects such as system implementations, process improvements, financial reporting initiatives, and regulatory compliance projects.\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with finance leadership and stakeholders.\nDevelop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, IT, and operations.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.\nTrack project budgets and ensure efficient use of financial and organizational resources.\nPrepare project status reports and present updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.\nEnsure projects comply with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.\nFacilitate process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial transparency.\nSupport change management efforts related to finance system implementations or process changes.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within finance, accounting, or financial systems environments.\nStrong understanding of financial processes, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in financial systems and project management tools\nFluent in English, verbal and written\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject management certification such as PMP\nWork experience utilizing SAP for daily responsibilities \nPrior use of operational systems such as EPM, VFT, Truckmate\nCPA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.\nKey Competencies\nFinancial acumen\nProject planning and execution\nStakeholder communication\nRisk management\nProcess improvement\nChange management\nFor this position, the expected base pay is: $92,000- $122,000 / Annual.
