The position performs work involving the implementation of identified safety and training programs and a variety of associated operations. This position is expected to uphold and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety and work rules, and OSHA/MSDS Standards.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for maintaining the Document Control Center, Data and Records of the Quality System.\n\nSupport, documentation and follow up on Internal Audits, QMS/QIS, and Corrective Actions raised from Internal Audits.\n\nUpdate visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, corrective and preventive actions, client documentations.\n\nGenerate and update control charts as well as Quality QOS\n\nReview and validation of all controlled documentation used and displayed throughout the plant against QIS.\n\nParticipate in the Continuous Improvement Projects.\n\nWork close in hand with Supervisor to develop improvements to employee’s performance as well as the service provided to all other departments.\n\nPerform plant tours to detect any activity not in compliance within the quality.\n\nKeep under clean and organized conditions, the workstation and/or area.\n\nAvailability to develop any new activity or project assigned.\n\nEnsure Weekly Triggers files are sent to the Suppliers on a timely basis.\n\nManage/follow up of aged material process; notify Customer for proper disposition.\n\nManage the excess/slow moving inventory and seek for disposition.\n\nMaintain Vendor/Parts profile updates in the system.\n\nContinuously work on improving operations communication with Supplier and Customer.\n\nPrepare all paperwork and backup fata for return shipments.\n\nEnsure customer responses are made within customer service objectives.\n\nResponsible for several reports and monitor compliance.\n\nCoordinate cycle counts as required for Sync Report Analysis.\n\nSetup and maintain all vendor, contact, and part profile information.\n\nActively participate in Customer/Internal Corrective Action and Improvement Plans.\n\nSupport other areas as required.\n\nOTHER DUTIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nNone\n\nFor this position, the expected base pay range is $26.30.
