If you are someone looking for a position that challenges and inspire you in a successful international company, DSV is your place.\nThe DSV group, headquartered in Denmark, is one of the biggest transports and logistics companies in the world, with more than 75,000 dedicated employees, operating in more than 90 countries.\nYou will join a global and determined group driven forward by the desire to grow and will be part of a dynamic group, which is characterized by high level professionalization and constant improvement.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDesign and operate the real-time replication flow using Qlik Replicate, with multiple RDBMS as sources and Databricks as a main target.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD and DevOps pipelines for data workloads using Azure DevOps, with automation and repeatable deployments as a priority.\nIntegrate core Azure services - Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and ADLS Gen2.\nImplement data governance, security, and access control, including encryption and PII protection across ingestion and storage.\nApply strong Databricks best practices - Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, cluster and job optimization, medallion architecture, and performance and cost tuning.\nBuild a Data Quality framework across the data ingestion process.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and tune replication latency, pipeline performance, and platform health.\nProvide technical leadership, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and maintain clear documentation of architecture and processes.\nRequired Experience:\nData engineering experience building and operating production data platforms.\nDeep, hands-on expertise in real-time replication and change data capture (CDC) from relational databases into Databricks.\nStrong grasp of database concepts, plus proficiency in Python and/or Scala.\nStrong proficiency in Lakehouse engineering and cloud data services at scale.\nExperience developing and maintaining Databricks pipelines.\nUnderstanding of Docker and deployments.\nSound understanding of data governance, security, and sensitive-data handling.\nClear communicator, comfortable working in an international, distributed team.\nBehaviour Skill:\nOwnership - takes end-to-end accountability for the dedicated topics.\nCollaboration - works well in an international, distributed team.\nStrong communication - explains technical topics clearly to all audiences.\nProblem-solving - analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.\nLocation:\nNoida , India\nWe offer you:\nThe opportunity to expand your experience in a truly international, world-class company whose philosophy is that your everyday work should be both varied and full of professional challenges, with wide opportunities for constant professional and personal development.\nAdditionally, we offer the following:\nMedical Insurance including family and Parents up to 10 Lakh INR per year.\n2.5 days earned leave per month which is 30 days in a calendar year & 10 days Sick Leave in a year.\nFree parking for 4-wheeler or 2-wheeler vehicle.\nPersonal Mobile and Internet expenses reimbursed per calendar month subject to maximum cap.\nWant to know more and apply?\nWe will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the position and about your options in DSV.
