Liaise with EDI group to ensure customer IT integration\nCoordinate information & activities to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering warehouse management solutions\nCollaborate with regional project management team to manage time/resources and successfully deliver IT warehouse systems services\nCreate and deliver in person or by teams’ presentations/demos on how IT enables warehouse solutions\nIdentify gaps and/or shortcomings of DSV warehouse applications based on own’s observations, knowledge, customer’s requirements and competitor’s systems.
