Req Number: 125274\nTime Type: Full Time\n\nDeliver end-to-end Change Requests (CR) for WMS configuration and reports, from intake and impact analysis through implementation and closure\nEstablish and enforce CR governance, standards, and best practices (scope of control, estimation, approval, delivery, and handover)\nEnforce standards for WMS configuration and reporting (naming conventions, versioning, data definitions, performance considerations)\nEnsure CR delivery adheres to ITSM, security, compliance, and audit requirements\nCollaborate with the BY WMS Core team and other relevant DSV departments to support the delivery of business requirements with the standard DSV warehouse systems solutions and identify solutions for potential gaps\nConduct IT Solution Reviews with BY WMS Core team to maximize standardization and reusing existing solutions\nMentor junior team members in change management discipline, solution thinking, and delivery best practices\nEXECUTION\nAct as a Senior IT implementer in delivering change requests into BY WMS\nAnalyse business requirements, and manage the implementation of IT solutions in collaboration with business owner/account manager\nDesign, modify, and validate WMS reports and queries, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability for operational users\nEnsure changes are properly tested in non-production environments, including regression testing for existing warehouse flows and reports\nDevelop test plans, scenarios, and secure successful execution\nApply 4-eyes principle to validate other team members’ development works before releasing changes to production\nExecute release and deployment activities, following change management and release controls to minimize operational disruption\nContinue to enhance skills through continuing education\nCoordinate information & activities to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering warehouse management solutions\n\nSpecial rights:\nEducation and skills:\n\nMinimal requirements\nGENERIC REQUIREMENTS:\nExperience in software development and fluency in the SDLC\nGood SQL command language and knowledge of relational Database\nKnowledge in writing PL/SQL queries, including tuning and optimizing poor performing queries\nCapable of taking ownership of and implementing the change requests, including the end-user contact, analysis, design, and documentation\nProven ability to maintain and implement high quality, reliable WMS solutions\nDemonstrate thoroughness in system design and system testing with a minimum supervision\nStrong proficiency in MS Office applications\nStrong proficiency in Windows Server and Windows shell scripting\nKnowledge of Source/Versioning control\nExperience with EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, ODETTE, ANSI X12) is preferred\nKnowledge in Jasper Reports or SSRS is preferred\nKnowledge in Blue Yonder’s solutions is preferred (e.g., JDA Dispatcher, Discrete)\nPERSONALITY TRAITS:\nExcellent
