Our vision is to create long-term, sustainable growth and value for our customers, employees, shareholders and society.\nClose to 150,000 employees in over 90 countries work diligently to deliver great customer experiences and high-quality services.\nAs a global leader, our commitment to sustainable business practices is a central element of our overall business strategy.\nVisit dsv.com and follow us on LinkedIn and Facebook.\nLocation: USA - Lancaster, Midpoint Dr\nDivision: Solutions\nJob Posting Title: SOC Quality, Program Manager - 128262\nTime Type: Full Time\nPosition Summary\nThe SOC Trust Services Program Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting applicable US Contract Logistics sites with regards to SOC Compliance.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCoordinate and lead all SOC compliance activities across all US Contract Logistics sites. \nServe as the bridge between technical teams and auditors, translating complex control implementations into clear, structured compliance narratives.\nCoordinate with independent external auditors and internal compliance stakeholders to manage all SOC activities to throughout the lifecycle with the client from planning and evidence collection through execution, reporting, and continuous improvement. \nOwn end-to-end delivery of SOC audit engagements, managing scope, timelines, evidence collection, auditor coordination, and report issuance to achieve clean opinions on schedule.\nDrive the SOC control lifecycle, evaluating new controls for onboarding, managing material control changes, coordinating remediation of findings, and maintaining evidence baseline packages for cross-program reuse.\nDevelop deep technical understanding of the site’s control environment, including infrastructure security, change management, access controls, encryption, and physical security, and translate that understanding into compliance narratives auditors can rely on.\nStreamline SOC evidence collection, consolidating overlapping auditor requests across programs, and investing in automation and self-service evidence mechanisms.\nMonitor evolving audit standards and industry frameworks and proactively assess impact on the network control environment and reporting obligations.\nCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership with clarity and precision, including assessment progress, remediation tracking, and strategic roadmap updates.\nPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Internal Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure SOC alignment across the compliance portfolio.\nTrain the organization on SOC Compliance requirements \nAdhere to all company policies and procedures or other communicated rules and/or regulations.\nPerform all additional duties assigned by the Senior Manager Quality - US Contract Logistics.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\n4 to 7 years’ experience of warehouse operations, manufacturing, or third party logistics.\n3+ years of experience in SOC compliance, Security, Compliance Consulting (advisory capacity) in support of a highly technical environment. \n3+ years of experience performing and/or participating in technical assessments in direct support of a major compliance effort (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, other)\nAbility to travel as needed 50%.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, MIS, Informatics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.\nLanguage Skills:\nEnglish & Spanish (reading, writing, verbal) is highly preferable. Strong communication skills are essential. \nMathematical Skills:\nMedium to High\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations:\nSOC compliance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field or equivalent work experience\n5+ years of experience in SOC compliance, Security, Compliance Consulting (advisory capacity) in support of a highly technical environment. \n5+ years of experience performing and/or participating in technical assessments in direct support of a major compliance effort (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, other)Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or a similar certification\nOther Physical Requirements:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear.
