Turnpike Drive, Bldg 1-338G\nDivision: Solutions\nJob Posting Title: Supervisor II - 1st Shift\nTime Type: Full Time\nCompensation:\n$65,000-$68,000 annual salary\nSchedule:\nMonday-Friday 5am-1:30pm\nPosition Description Summary:\nResponsible for scheduling, coordinating, and measuring operations within a warehouse facility. Measure standard operating processes within facility. Work from customer business schedules, develop daily schedules, and measure performance to schedules.\nPrincipal Accountabilities: (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.)\nEstablish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure\nDevelop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics including communication to internal and external customers\nDevelop and monitor productivity standards\nEstablish and maintain daily operating schedules\nCoordinate daily cycle counts\nDevelop and maintain training requirements for all employees\nRouting trucks in and out of the warehouse when needed\nLoad and Unload trucks when necessary\nCheck in and break down import freight when necessary\nWrite up documentation for exporting freight when necessary\nMaintain safe working environment\nProvide customer service to prevent and resolve errors\nOther duties as assigned\nThe individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.\nFor this position, the expected base pay range is $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 annually.
