This role partners Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, P&O Business Partners, and operational leaders to deliver effective, compliant, and timely recruitment solutions. The P&O Specialist, Talent Acqusition will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for assigned requisitions.\nAssist in requisition creation and posting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.\nPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies aligned to business needs.\nProactively source candidates using various tools, job boards, social media, and networking channels to build qualified talent pipelines.\nCoordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless process for all parties involved.\nMaintain organized and accurate candidate records in the ATS and support reporting efforts.\nSupport Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists in executing high-volume and specialty hiring initiatives across multiple sites.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with P&O (HR) Partners, Operations, and business leaders to align recruiting priorities with operational needs.\nPartner with leadership to develop and implement effective sourcing and attraction strategies for hard to fill roles.\nProvide Talent Acquisition related support to P&O teams and assist in resolving recruiting process challenges.\nParticipate in meetings, intake discussions, and debriefs with hiring managers and stakeholders.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience through professional communication, transparency, and timely updates.\nRepresent DSV at job fairs, community events, and hiring initiatives, promoting the company’s values and employment brand.\nMaintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring recruiting compliance.\nUphold DSV’s global recruitment standards and data privacy policies.\nSupport initiatives to reduce time to fill and improve recruitment metrics through process improvements and proactive sourcing.\nParticipate in ongoing learning and development to strengthen recruitment and HR knowledge.\nOther duties or projects as assigned.\nEDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related administrative role preferred (internship experience applicable).\nExperience in high-volume recruiting or the supply chain/logistics industry a plus.\nSKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.\nProfessional demeanor and high level of confidentiality.\nDemonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and functions.\nKnowledge of federal and state employment laws related to recruitment.\nDemonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.\nBusiness fluent in English; preferably good command of local language.\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and others).\nExperience working with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands to operate standard office equipment. The position requires extended periods of computer use, including reviewing resumes, managing applicant tracking systems, preparing reports, and communicating electronically. The employee is frequently required to participate in phone, video, and virtual meetings for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThis position operates primarily in a professional office environment and routinely uses computers, phones, headsets, video conferencing platforms, and other standard office equipment. The role requires prolonged periods of computer work, virtual collaboration, candidate interviews, and telephone communication. The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate. Minimal travel may be required to support hiring events, career fairs, site launches, workforce ramp-ups, business meetings, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
