The role ensures strict adherence to luxury brand service standards, seasonal calendar requirements, store replenishment schedules, mall delivery regulations, and visual merchandising timelines, while maintaining inventory accuracy, service level agreements and operational efficiency.\nThe Team Leader acts as the first escalation point for the team, resolves operational issues within authority, and escalates major risks to the Supervisor when required. The succesful candidate will be based in Dubai.\nReporting Line:\nReports to: Supervisor, Contract Logistics\nLocation: Dubai, UAE\nDetailed Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership & Workforce Management\nLead and supervise a team of coordinators handling customer service, inbound, outbound, and returns\nAllocate workload based on priority: store launches, VM campaigns, peak season, promotions, e commerce cut-offs\nAct as first escalation point for operational and customer issues\nCoach and develop team members on fashion logistics processes and client SOPs\nEnsure shift coverage aligned with delivery waves and courier cut-off times\nSupport performance management and KPI tracking of the team. Inbound Operations (Good Stock & Returns)\nCoordinate inbound flows from suppliers, DCs, and returns from stores and customers\nEnsure correct handling of Seasonal Collections, High-value garments and accessories and hanging garments where applicable.\nVerify ASN accuracy, Put-away compliance and Quality inspections and damage reporting.\nCoordinate priority inbound during New Season Launches, Promotional Campaigns and during Store Openings and refits.\nManage reverse logistics for Store returns, E-Commerce returns and transfers between brands or seasons.\nOutbound Operations B2B - Store Replenishment & Mall Deliveries\nCoordinate store replenishment by Delivery window, mall regulations and store trading hours.\nEnsure compliance with delivery slot bookings, labeling/ packing standards and floor ready requirements where applicable.\nSupport urgent store transfers and stock balancing between locations.\nB2C - E-commerce Fulfillment\nManage daily order flow including cut-off times, Express vs Standard delivery and cash on delivery if applicable.\nCoordinate with courier partners on collection schedules, failed deliveries and return pick-ups.\nMonitor customer delivery KPIs and POD closure.\nCustomer Service & Client Coordination\nServe as operational contact point for the fashion brand’s supply chain and retail teams\nProactively communicate delays, stock discrepancies and delivery risks.\nSupport VM, marketing, and retail teams during Campaign launches, Pop-ups and Special events\nHandle complaints and service recovery within authority limits\nInventory Control & Reporting\nEnsure accurate stock movements in WMS and timely system confirmations\nSupport cycle counts, seasonal stock reclassification and obsolete and slow-moving stock management\nPrepare and review reports inbound vs outbound volume, store fulfillment rate, E-commerce order performance, returns processing time and inventory accuracy.\nFlag risks related to Shrinkage, High-value SKUs and seasonal stock aging Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure adherence to Client SOPs, brand handling standards, security and loss-prevention procedures.\nIdentify process gaps and improvement opportunities in picking accuracy, packing quality, returns handling and delivery coordination.
