Expect measurable improvements in release confidence, defect escape rate, and delivery speed.\nWhat you’ll do\nPlatform-wide test architecture & automation strategy\nOwn and evolve the platform-wide test architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and seamless CI/CD integration.\nDefine and communicate the testing vision and roadmap, including overall automation strategy and architecture.\n Select and govern automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright + TypeScript, Rest Assured), promoting reusable components and patterns across teams.\n Establish platform-wide standards and guidelines for test policies, templates, test data management, environment configuration, and observability metrics (e.g., flakiness, coverage, duration).\nEnsure alignment with platform architecture, security, and compliance requirements in all testing practices.\nOversee cross-team testing strategies for end-to-end, integration, and performance testing.\nBalance manual and automated approaches, ensuring manual efforts contribute to future automation.\nSupport release governance by defining quality gates, readiness criteria, and sign-off processes in partnership with Release and DevOps teams.\nShift-left & enablement\nChampion shift-left principles, embedding testing early in the development lifecycle.\nAct as a technical advisor on automation design, contract testing, and quality engineering.\nFacilitate knowledge sharing and training on testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.\n Strategic governance\nDefine platform-wide policies, templates, and guidelines; balance manual vs. automated approaches (manual fuels future automation). \nOversee cross-team strategies for end-to-end, integration, and performance testing. \nSupport release governance: quality gates, readiness criteria, and test sign-off in partnership with Release/DevOps. \n Collaboration & continuous improvement\nPartner with Platform Owners, Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and the Test CoE to harmonize standards.\nProvide functional leadership and mentorship to QA Engineers across 3 product teams.\nDefine and monitor platform-level quality metrics (defect density, automation health, coverage) and drive improvements.\nLead root cause analysis for quality issues and promote a problem-solving mindset.\n CI/CD integration & quality signals\nIntegrate automated tests into Jenkins; enforce gates, parallelization, and health monitoring with role-based governance. \nBuild automated dashboards (Jira/Xray/TestRail, Confluence) for transparent reporting to stakeholders. \nTech stack & practices\nAutomation: Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) for UI & API; Postman/REST Assured; contract testing (Pact). \nPerformance: k6/JMeter (as applicable).\nCI/CD: Azure Devops, Jenkins; containers/Docker. \nALM/reporting: Jira, Xray, TestRail, Confluence. \nGovernance: RBAC, approvals, compliance/security monitoring in pipelines. \nWhat you bring\n8+ years in software testing/quality; 5+ years architecting automation at scale. \nProven experience as a Test Architect or similar senior QA role with extensive knowledge of software testing lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies\nDeep hands-on experience with Playwright + TypeScript; strong API/contract testing; CI/CD integration. \nArchitecture mindset: standards, patterns, test data/env strategy, observability.\nCollaborative, non-hierarchical leadership; clear, business-aware communication. \nNice-to-have: supply chain/TMS or financial domain; performance testing; cloud (Azure/AWS).\nWhat we offer:\nPermanent contract\nPrivate medical care\nEnglish courses - financial or co-financed by company\nFood allowance\nWork schedule 35h/week\nHybrid work\nComprehensive onboarding program\nBuddy \nGood access to public transports \nDSV - Global transport and logistics\nWorking at DSV means playing in a different league.\nAs a global leader in transport and logistics, we have been on an extraordinary journey of growth.
