You will establish consistent testing standards, coordinate SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing, and ensure that new solutions meet business requirements before production deployment.\nYou will work closely with business representatives, IT teams, Business Analysts, Global Process Owners and other stakeholders to improve solution quality, reduce deployment risks and strengthen testing maturity across MDM.\nYour responsibilities:\nTesting strategy and governance\nDefine and continuously improve the end-to-end testing strategy, standards, processes and documentation\n\nEstablish the testing scope, approach, timeline, responsibilities and entry and exit criteria\n\nEnsure alignment between testing activities, project governance and delivery frameworks\n\nDefine testing quality standards, KPIs and reporting mechanisms\n\nDrive a standardized testing approach across MDM initiatives\n\nTest planning and execution\nDevelop and manage detailed test plans and schedules\n\nOversee the preparation of test cases and ensure adequate coverage of requirements\n\nCoordinate SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing across business and IT stakeholders\n\nMonitor testing progress, risks, issues and dependencies\n\nDefect and quality management\nOversee the complete defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, resolution, retesting and closure\n\nEscalate critical quality or delivery risks when required\n\nSupport go-live readiness and hypercare activities\n\nStakeholder coordination\nLead testing workshops, status meetings and alignment sessions\n\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Global Process Owners, IT teams, GBS, countries and downstream system owners\n\nMaintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects and business sign-off\n\nContinuous improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools and frameworks\n\nProvide testing-related guidance or training to relevant business stakeholders\n\nOur requirements:\nStrong professional experience in software testing, quality assurance or test management\n\nPractical knowledge of the complete testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing\n\nProven experience leading or coordinating testing activities in complex projects or transformation programs\n\nHands-on experience developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test cases\n\nExperience managing defects, testing risks, quality issues and formal business sign-off\n\nPractical experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM or similar\n\nExperience working with SAP MDG, SAP ERP, SAP BW or comparable SAP solutions\n\nUnderstanding of SAP-based business processes, system integrations and data flows\n\nExperience working with data governance systems or data-driven environments\n\nStrong stakeholder management and coordination skills\n\nFluent English and the ability to communicate effectively with both
