Because only then can we continue to improve.\nYou get it done\nAs a training specialist, you contribute to the development of our employees by delivering various training courses, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) training, at multiple locations across the EMEA region and online: you’re on it.\nHow you do this? You start with an onboarding and introduction process in which you spend the first few weeks studying DSV Operations and joining colleagues during their training sessions. Once you have built sufficient knowledge and experience, you will start delivering your own training courses, first in the Netherlands and soon beyond. In the role of training specialist, you are responsible for training DSV employees. You achieve this by:\ndelivering a variety of classroom and online training sessions across the EMEA region; \ncontinuously improving and updating training materials and content; \norganizing training sessions and coordinating them with local sites; \ntraining and coaching local trainers in various countries.\nYour team stands out within DSV because of its international character.
