This role is critical in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of logistics activities across multiple channels. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, enhancing communication with the customer, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nOversee daily operations by monitoring and prioritizing transfer shipments, ensuring team meets operational metrics and prevents downtime due to waiting on materials.\nLead a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and achieve operational excellence.\nDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance visibility, communication, and efficiency throughout the supply chain.\nCollaborate with multiple departments and customers to resolve issues, identify trends, and develop strategic initiatives that improve service delivery.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and improvement opportunities.\nMaintain site records for Inbound/outbound shipments, BOLs, and inspections. Assist with Audits of records.\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards while promoting a culture of safety within the team.\nRequired and Preferred Qualifications\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.\n5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.\nStrong understanding of control tower operations and logistics management principles.\nProven track record of driving operational efficiencies and leading teams.\nPreferred:\nExperience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).\nCertification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.\nTechnical Skills and Relevant Technologies\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with strong Excel skills.\nExperience with supply chain visibility tools and technologies.\nFamiliarity with logistics software and systems.\nStrong knowledge of truck dispatch, load planning, transportation operations, and shipment tracking.\nSoft Skills and Cultural Fit\nExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.\nExceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nFor this position, the expected base pay range is $67,499.00 - $70,000.00 annually.
