You do this within an innovative and dynamic environment. You implement new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, and actively contribute to the future of DSV.\nHow you do this?You ensure the execution and optimization of the logistics process within our warehouses. You do this in such a way that the set production standards, deadlines, quality requirements, procedures, and regulations are met. You achieve this by:\nmanaging an average of 1 to 3 (senior) warehouse team leaders and indirectly overseeing 5 to 45 warehouse employees;\ndirecting, coaching, and supporting your team;\ncoordinating your department’s logistics activities with those of other internal departments;\nproviding management information based on pre-agreed targets and KPIs;\nmonitoring operational performance in terms of both quality and quantity, with a strong emphasis on quality and security requirements, and taking corrective action when necessary;\ninitiating and embedding continuous improvement in our operational processes.\nYour team stands out at DSV because everyone is always there for one another.
