As a Warehouse Manager, you indirectly manage multiple Team Leaders through a Supervisor and are responsible for the performance of your entire operation. You combine operational leadership with change management and know how to engage people in new processes, customer growth and improvement projects. You achieve this by:\nleading a Supervisor and indirectly managing multiple Team Leaders and Warehouse Operators; \ninitiating and driving continuous improvement and change management projects; \nmaking decisions that contribute to a safe, high-quality and productive warehouse operation; \nmaintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to continuously optimize service levels; \nanalysing results, managing KPIs and delivering sustainable improvements across the operation.\nYour team stands out within DSV because of its entrepreneurial mindset, commitment and strong focus on continuous improvement.
