You manage a diverse group of customers and ensure their day-to-day logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently, from inbound goods and storage to order consolidation and outbound shipments. You also ensure effective coordination between different departments and support Customer Service whenever needed. You achieve this by:\npreparing and presenting management information based on agreed targets and KPIs;\nensuring the uninterrupted flow of logistics operations, including planning, inbound, quality control, storage, order picking, value-added services, and outbound activities, while meeting all operational and customer requirements. You identify deviations, discuss them with the two team leads, and supporting departments, and facilitate constructive meetings focused on effective solutions;\nforecasting workload based on the customer's daily, weekly, and monthly demand, and ensuring the operation is adequately staffed.
