Then we are looking for you.\nYou get it done\nAs a warehouse team leader, you are one of the driving forces within the DSV team in ‘s-Heerenberg. The daily management of your team is based on agreed customer targets, internal standards and, of course, various KPIs: You’re on it.\nHow you do this? You are the colleague our supervisor can always rely on. You have a clear overview of everything happening within our warehouse. Because we work for multiple clients, you ensure that every parcel, pallet and order is processed on time and without errors. You achieve this by:\ndividing daily operational activities and acting as the first point of contact for 15 to 30 colleagues;\nidentifying deviations and disruptions in a timely manner;\nproviding input for improvement projects focused on processes and procedures;\nensuring compliance with legal, company and safety regulations;\nbeing deployable across both inbound and outbound processes to create optimal flexibility within the team.\nYour team stands out within DSV because of its strong mix of international colleagues and high level of collaboration.
