You’re on it.\nHow do you do this? As a planning specialist for our operational workforce, both permanent employees and the flexible workforce, you keep our operation running. A role with a lot of responsibility and freedom. You get the job done, and we rely on you! From forklift drivers to warehouse operatives, you are the go-to person for deploying our blue-collar workforce. Based on forecasts and ad-hoc challenges, you perfectly align staffing needs with both staffing agencies and internal colleagues. You achieve this by:\ngathering and analyzing staffing requirements from operations, creating a plan based on competencies and availability using our workforce management system. Our temporary staffing partners then supplement your plan;\nanalyzing planning results and conducting scenario planning. Based on this, you advise warehouse managers and supervisors;\nanalyzing KPI reports from our temporary staffing partners and addressing gaps in the planning or structural shortages;\ninitiating improvement proposals based on national discussions with your fellow resource planners.\nYour team stands out within DSV for its attention to detail.
