By leveraging Power Platform technologies and data modeling techniques, the analyst enables real-time visibility into critical initiatives, ensures accountability across stakeholders, and improves overall program performance through intelligent automation and reporting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Analytics & Visualization Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards to track organizational objectives, performance metrics, and operational data \nConvert static reporting artifacts into dynamic, interactive visualizations with filtering and drill-down capabilities \nImplement data models that connect SharePoint lists and other data sources to reporting tools \nDevelop visual elements such as maps, gauges, and KPI indicators to support executive-level insights \n\nData Engineering & Integration Build and maintain structured data environments using SharePoint lists and integrated data sources \nEstablish data relationships, unique identifiers, and tracking mechanisms to monitor projects and initiatives over time \nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across platforms and workflows \n\nWorkflow Automation Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to manage data intake, approvals, and status tracking \nConfigure triggers, alerts, and notifications to ensure timely updates and stakeholder accountability \nMaintain and enhance workflows to support evolving business processes \n\nApplication Development Design and implement data collection tools and forms that consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders into unified systems \nBuild scalable solutions that support multiple users, departments, and data streams within a single interface \nMaintain and optimize applications for usability, performance, and reliability \n\nProgram Tracking & Performance Monitoring Develop systems to track infrastructure projects, procurement efforts, and other critical initiatives \nMonitor project status, identify gaps or delays, and enable proactive follow-up through automated alerts \nProvide centralized visibility into program execution for leadership and stakeholders \n\nStakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Translation Engage with stakeholders to interpret high-level or ambiguous requirements and translate them into technical solutions \nConduct requirement analysis, ask clarifying questions, and iterate on solutions based on feedback \nDeliver solutions that align with operational needs and improve user experience \n\nMaintenance & Continuous Improvement Perform ongoing maintenance of dashboards, workflows, and applications, including updates to data structures and logic \nTroubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance \nContinuously identify opportunities to enhance automation, reporting, and data accessibility \n\n Minimum Requirements:\nActive DoD Secret Clearance.\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) \n3+ years of experience in data analytics, automation, or business intelligence \nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) \nExperience working with SharePoint or similar data storage and collaboration tools \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work from ambiguous requirements \nExperience designing data models and building interactive dashboards \nAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with data modeling, ETL concepts, or data pipeline design \nFamiliarity with HTML or other scripting languages for enhanced visualization capabilities \nExperience developing enterprise-level tracking systems and performance dashboards \nKnowledge of workflow automation best practices and process optimization techniques \nExperience working in government, defense, or regulated environments \nExposure to AI/ML tools or advanced analytics techniques \nStrong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders \nThe compensation for this position: $80,000 - $100,000\n**The range listed represents the company’s good-faith estimate of base compensation for this position at the time of posting. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for the role and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
