You will serve as a technical leader who drives engineering excellence by defining and promoting best practices in DevOps, platform reliability, automation, infrastructure architecture, and security engineering. Working closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams, you will influence strategic decision-making on how the platform evolves to meet increasing scale, resiliency, and operational requirements.\nThis role requires deep expertise in building and integrating both internally developed platform components and enterprise-grade vendor solutions. You will collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams, providing guidance on platform design, architectural patterns, deployment automation, observability, and continuous delivery pipelines.\nYou will partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and DTCC’s risk and security assessment teams to ensure the platform meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational readiness. Your work is central to delivering a productionready, highly resilient Web3 platform that supports missioncritical workloads across DTCC.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications. \nCollaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions. \nAutomate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability. \nImplement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. \nProvide technical support and assistance to the development team. \nMonitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. \nDefine and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents. \nMaintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. \nDevelop and maintain system documentation \nStay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevSecOps and cybersecurity. \nMitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. \nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience \nTalents Needed for Success:\nMinimum 8 years’ experience in Infrastructure as a Code Development (IAC) skills using DevSecops pipeline \nShould possess Strong Knowledge on provisioning tools like IAC development (Ansible, Python, Terraform) \nShould possess Strong Knowledge on (Java, Angular Development Skills) \nStrong Experience in using Restful webservices (Integration and Development) \nHands on Experience in product life cycle management & agile based delivery \nSCM / DevOps / CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Sonar) \nAgile Methodology and Tools (JIRA) \nStrong Knowledge on CI/CD development which is like enhancements/customizations on Jenkin pipeline using groovy/python \nProven Understanding with Cloud deployments (Private Cloud / AWS / Azure) \nExperience with Cloud Platforms, Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry) \nExperience with Database Skillsets (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) \nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
