The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with technology, operations, finance, and vendor partners to support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) and related applications. Through hands-on participation in requirements gathering, production support activities, system testing, process improvement initiatives, and platform administration tasks, the successful candidate will build the knowledge and technical foundation required to progress into an ORMB Systems Administrator role. The individual will contribute to operational excellence by helping maintain system stability, supporting business stakeholders, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of critical billing processes.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nAssist in the administration and support of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) application.\nProvide production support for billing users by troubleshooting and resolving system and billing-related issues.\nSupport ORMB system configuration activities, including fee setup, price assignments, price lists, entity hierarchies, and business rules.\nAssist with user access management, testing, and validation of system changes.\nWork with business and technical teams to investigate and resolve application issues.\nMaintain system admin documentation and procedures.\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nEntry Level - internship experience highly preferred\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems Management, or related degree is required\nTalents Needed for Success:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, evaluate data, and identify practical solutions.\nDemonstrated interest in technology, enterprise applications, systems administration, or business systems analysis.\nAbility to learn complex business processes and technical concepts in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nSelf-motivated learner who demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous professional development.\nAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\nFoundational understanding of databases, SQL, software development lifecycle concepts, or enterprise applications is preferred.\nExperience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Teams.\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
