The program includes orientation, training, manager engagement, feedback milestones, networking, and development experiences that help students explore potential full-time career paths, including EDGE where applicable.\nWhat you will gain\nHands-on work connected to real business priorities, not only observation or administrative tasks.\n\nStructured orientation and training to help you understand DTCC, the industry, and your business area.\n\nManager support, mentorship, peer connection, and opportunities to build your network.\n\nDevelopment experiences focused on communication, feedback, professional skills, and career readiness.\n\nMid-point and final feedback to help you understand your strengths, development areas, and potential next steps.\n\nExposure to DTCC culture, values, and community engagement.\n\nWhat you will do\nAssist with the identification and evaluation of compliance risks associated with global requirements.\n\nSupport compliance monitoring activities related to policies and procedures, employee trading, anti-money laundering (AML), and global sanctions.\n\nConduct research and prepare management reports that support compliance activities and decision-making.\n\nSupport department records management efforts and help maintain organized compliance documentation.\n\nContribute to priority projects identified by Compliance management and collaborate with team members on related deliverables.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nRequired\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business and Technology Management, or a related field.\n\nExpected graduation date: Spring 2028\n\nMinimum GPA: 3.2\n\nAuthorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.\n\nPreferred\nCoursework, projects, prior work, internship, student organization, volunteer, or leadership experience related to the role.\n\nInterest in financial services, technology, operations, risk, data, business, or the specific business area.\n\nWhat makes you successful\nCuriosity, initiative, and willingness to ask questions.\n\nStrong communication, organization, and follow-through.\n\nAnalytical thinking and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to use feedback and adapt as you learn.\n\nCollaboration, professionalism, and accountability.\n\nBenefits and work model\nCompetitive hourly compensation.\n\nHybrid work model: 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based on team schedule.\n\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
