This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure security platforms are delivered predictably, securely, audit-ready, and at scale, while reducing measurable cyber risk.\nThe Director partners closely with Cyber Security Engineering, Architecture, Risk & Compliance, Technology Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure security platforms are implemented effectively and integrated into the broader technology ecosystem.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nDelivery of cyber security engineering initiatives from intake through production and operational handoff \nTranslate security strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk priorities into executable technical delivery plans \nEnsure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to security objectives \nManage delivery across multiple concurrent security initiatives (e.g., cloud security, vulnerability management, endpoint, IAM, container security)\n Partner with Cyber Security Architects and Engineering Leads\nValidate technical designs are secure, scalable, and operationally supportable\nEnsure solutions align to security architecture standards and control frameworks\nUnderstand enough of the technical detail to: \nChallenge assumptions\nIdentify delivery risks\n**NOTE: The Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience \nMinimum 10 years in Cybersecurity \nZero Trust experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nDemonstrated ability to lead leaders and influence without direct authority \nExceptional delivery discipline in regulated environments \nExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skills \nStrong risk-based decision-making and judgment under pressure\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
