The program combines hands-on business experience, structured learning, mentorship, networking, and regular feedback to help analysts build technical, functional, and leadership capabilities.\nWhat you will gain\nA structured onboarding experience, including Welcome Week and program orientation.\n\nHands-on experience through meaningful work aligned to business priorities.\n\nExposure across the team through projects, shadowing, and stretch assignments.\n\nMonthly learning sessions, business education, professional development, and opportunities to hear from leaders and subject matter experts.\n\nRegular feedback, including a 90-day feedback and assessment milestone, manager coaching, and program check-ins.\n\nMentorship, networking, and opportunities to build relationships across DTCC.\n\nWhat you will do\nRole Responsibilities\nAnalyze sourcing, procurement, supplier, and process data to help identify trends, savings opportunities, and areas for improved efficiency and process effectiveness.\n\nSupport sourcing and purchasing workflows, including business demand intake, supplier research, RFI/RFP support, requisition/documentation review, and follow-up with stakeholders.\n\nPartner with Enterprise Supply Chain Management colleagues, Legal, Third Party Risk, Finance, and business stakeholders to support contract management, supplier onboarding, and third-party risk activities.\n\nSupport the development of reports, documentation, and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making, track procurement activity, and help improve sourcing and supply management processes.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nRequired\nPursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n\nExpected graduation date: May 2027\n\nMinimum GPA: 3.2\n\nAuthorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with comfort working across data, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.\n\nPreferred\nInternship, project, research, student organization, volunteer, or leadership experience related to the role.\n\nInterest in financial services and how business, technology, operations, risk, and regulation connect.\n\nExposure to procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contracting, third-party risk management, or related business processes is a plus.\n\nWhat makes you successful\nCuriosity and a willingness to learn in a complex industry.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.\n\nClear written and verbal communication.\n\nCollaboration, accountability, adaptability, and follow-through.\n\nAbility to ask thoughtful questions, use feedback, and connect your work to team goals.\n\nBenefits and work model\nCompetitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive opportunities, where applicable.\n\nComprehensive health, wellness, retirement, and paid time off benefits based on location and eligibility.\n\nHybrid work model: 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based on team schedule.\n\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
