The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.\nPay and Benefits:\nCompetitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive\nComprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location\nPension / Retirement benefits\nPaid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.\nDTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).\nThe impact you will have in this role:\nBeing a member of the team, the Associate provides day-to-day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nProvide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments\nHandle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring)\nExecute runbook-based activities and health checks\nMonitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed\nSupport application teams during testing and deployments\nParticipate in KT, shadowing, and hands-on enablement\nMaintain accurate ticket updates and documentation\nWork in shifts, including weekends or extended hours\nQualifications:\n2 to 4 years of experience in Infrastructure or Environment Support.\nUnderstanding of incident, problem, and request management processes.\nGood communication, coordination, and documentation skills.\nWillingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation technologies.\nBasic knowledge or hands-on experience in:\nLinux/Unix: Server administration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.\nWebSphere: Application deployment and server support.\nTomcat: Application hosting, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nShell Scripting: Basic automation and task execution.\nTalents Needed for Success:\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
