This position is also responsible for overseeing of outsourced facility operations staff.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nOversees the operations, maintenance and testing of building plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical and fire detection/suppressions systems\nSupervise cleaning staff, including execution of quality control processes\nCreate and track Purchase Orders along with comparing actual spend versus available budget\nMonitoring of site’s building monitoring systems and alarms\nAssists and co-ordinates aesthetic and facilities process improvements\nSupports Health & Safety a required including workplace risk assessments, water testing, & air quality testing\nOversight of amenities such as coffee, vending, parking, event support\nSupport office services group’s mail, shipping and receiving activities\n24/7 Response to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilities\nSupport weekend vendor project construction work as needed, which is typically limited to no more than 1x per month\nAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately\nPerform the duties of the site’s Environmental and Energy Team maintaining DTCC’s ISO 50001 and 14001 certifications\nSupports space planning team and managing moves/relocations\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 2 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nAbility to read architectural and engineering building drawings\nProficiency with AutoCAD\nExcellent communication & written skills and client focus\nAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio\nExperience with SNOW/Nuvolo Work Order System (or comparable CMMS)\nStrong vendor relationship management skills\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
