The program includes orientation, training, manager engagement, feedback milestones, networking, and development experiences that help students explore potential full-time career paths, including EDGE where applicable.\nWhat you will gain\nHands-on work connected to real business priorities, not only observation or administrative tasks.\n\nStructured orientation and training to help you understand DTCC, the industry, and your business area.\n\nManager support, mentorship, peer connection, and opportunities to build your network.\n\nDevelopment experiences focused on communication, feedback, professional skills, and career readiness.\n\nMid-point and final feedback to help you understand your strengths, development areas, and potential next steps.\n\nExposure to DTCC culture, values, and community engagement.\n\nWhat you will do\nRole Responsibilities\nSupport financial, business, and operational analysis by helping gather data, review trends, prepare summaries, and organize findings for Finance stakeholders.\n\nAssist with reporting, forecasting, planning, tax, treasury, or transformation-related work depending on team assignment, including research, documentation, analysis, and presentation support.\n\nHelp prepare reports, dashboards, workpapers, process documentation, meeting materials, or leadership-ready summaries that support business decisions and clear follow-through.\n\nPartner with Finance colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to collect information, track open items, document updates, and support team deliverables.\n\nContribute ideas to improve reporting, documentation, process clarity, controls, or stakeholder experience based on what you learn during the internship.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nRequired\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nExpected graduation date: Spring 2028\n\nMinimum GPA: 3.2\n\nAuthorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.\n\nPreferred\nCoursework, projects, prior work, internship, student organization, volunteer, or leadership experience related to the role.\n\nInterest in financial services, technology, operations, risk, data, business, or the specific business area.\n\nExposure to Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, tax concepts, project management, change management, or process improvement is a plus.\n\nWhat makes you successful\nCuriosity, initiative, and willingness to ask questions.\n\nStrong communication, organization, and follow-through.\n\nAnalytical thinking and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to use feedback and adapt as you learn.\n\nCollaboration, professionalism, and accountability.\n\nBenefits and work model\nCompetitive hourly compensation.\n\nHybrid work model: 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based on team schedule.\n\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
