A key construction of EP&PE will be the evolution of the IT Product Manager, who will partner with Engineering Domains, Business Aligned Service Delivery organization, DevSecOps Domain and our operational support teams to ensure that IT PM&D provides high quality, commercially attractive and timely solutions to support our business strategy.\nThe Infrastructure Test Engineer will work in rapid development environment as a part of multi-disciplinary team of engineers who design, develop, evaluate, test, verify validates, and provide in-service engineering support for the Infrastructure Test Engineering team. Experience in any one of following Python or Shell script, understanding of configuration management tools (e.g., Chef or Ansible), he/she should be able to write and support automated testing solutions using these automation languages for multi-tiered applications. Basic knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle and the ability to work well with both business clients and developers.\nYour Responsibilities:\nUnderstanding the Infrastructure from design documents and able to identify the testing scope and integrate them into orchestration platforms such as Jenkins CI/CD pipelines or Ansible.\nSupport overall QA activities such as development of Test Approach, Test Cases, and manual test execution as needed.\nAbility to learn and work in network concepts and automate them to test against config, Firewall rule changes, Proxies and Load balancers. \nAbility to learn and work like DevOps culture and Automated Infrastructure provisioning process.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to develop, maintain and execute automations such as Chef/Ansible, Python/Ruby/Shell Script, Jenkins CI/CD groovy scripts. \nPerforming manual testing of UI or APIs or any application that requires manual testing.\nShould be a key technical player in contributing the architecture evolution of Infrastructure Test Automation Frameworks and related capabilities as part of an Agile team.\nActive participant in all phases of the project lifecycle. Work with project stakeholders during project definition to help the team understand risks, dependencies, and opportunities; participate in requirements definition and review; lend subject matter expertise to projects.\nDesign and develop test cases using traditional test design techniques based on Stories/Epics or functional requirements\nWorks closely with application development and other technical teams to understand how changes in the software product affect maintenance of test scripts.\nWorks with business resources to understand purpose and concept for software features\nSupport performance, resiliency, and recovery validation activities for applications and platforms, including availability, failover, scalability, and recovery testing across cloud, container, and hybrid environments.\nParticipate in resiliency test planning and execution by supporting risk-based test scenarios, recovery validation, observability-driven analysis, and RTO/RPO verification activities.\nCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to analyze performance and resiliency test results, document findings, and provide traceable test evidence for governance, audit, and operational readiness reviews.\nTalents Needed for Success:\nMinimum 3+ years of IT experience with proven expertise in Testing or DevOps or Platform Operations or Equivalent roles (any one is fine).\nBasic automation scripting knowledge using Chef/Ansible, Python/Ruby/Shell Scripts.\nKnowledge in Basic Network concepts such as Network configs, Firewall rules, proxies and load balancers.\nWorking experience in Linux OS or any UNIX flavored.\nBasic Knowledge in AWS cloud technology and services.\nBasic Understanding of Tracking and Defect Tracking in JIRA.\nReady to learn or Basic knowledge of resiliency engineering concepts, including high availability, disaster recovery, failover validation, RTO/RPO objectives, and observability principles.\nReady to learn or Understanding resiliency and chaos testing approaches across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes/OpenShift, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.\nReady to learn or understand resiliency and chaos engineering tools such as Gremlin, stress-ng, AWS Fault Injection Service (AWS FIS), Azure Chaos Studio, or similar platforms is a plus.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
