We foster a thriving internal community and are committed to creating a workplace that looks like the world that we serve.\nPay and Benefits:\nSalary range £27000-£29000 per annum with bonus\nComprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits\nPension \nPaid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.\n DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).\nThe impact you will have in this role:\nThe Integration Technical Analyst I within SIFMU Onboarding & Lifecycle Operations is responsible for helping the team with new member onboarding, account changes and supporting lifecycle activities. The team will interact directly with potential new clients, delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the onboarding process. Upon activation of membership, you will assist in processes and underpin the client account lifecycle including add-on accounts, products and services.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nManage cases and handle all aspects of the client lifecycle events.\nProvide testing support and answer client inquiries concerning account set-ups, files, subscriptions \nCoordinate with Integration Team as needed on client inquiries, project task or assignment.\nAccountable for the success of client lifecycle case work and the resolution of issues that arise.\nSuccessfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously.\nRepresent Integration on cross functional teams within their assigned division as needed.\nHelp SIFMU Integration team comply with controls for higher risk tasks.\nBuild and maintain procedures or project materials as needed (document procedure, test plans, etc.).\nAspire to gain knowledge on technical implementations for product and services.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships across all groups involved with onboarding and lifecycle activities.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for efficiencies by working across the client services teams and overall DTCC organization.\nAbility to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure, client-facing environment.\nPay close attention to detail with a knack for identifying process and operational risks.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively to get things done, building, and nurturing strong relationships both with internal partners and clients.\nEnthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.\nAligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred but not essential\nTalents Needed For Success:\nMinimum 2 years of experience \nCollaborates well within and across teams.\nCommunicates openly with team members and others.\nWorks with the team to review deliverables and ensure quality and accuracy.\nAdheres to established rules and procedures when performing work.\nWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!\nNote this role comes with an attractive shift allowance of £3500 per annum\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
