The Integration Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities through \"go- live\" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nSupport delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.\nContinue to grow and build on knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.\nServe as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations. \nAct as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.\nLead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.\nSupport clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.\nOversee or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.\nWork with Senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.\nProvide technical documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.\nSupport and execute on operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various DTCC solutions.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.\nStrong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.\nProven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their pain points.\nExperience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nPMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.\nProficient in a second language is highly desirable.\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
