This role is pivotal in shaping internal narratives, aligning communications with IT strategic pillars, and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across multiple channels and audiences. This role will also be responsible for driving operational excellence through leadership forums, cross-functional alignment, and IT Town Hall initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, ensuring communications and business operations are seamlessly integrated to advance IT’s strategic objectives..\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nReview, draft, and refine IT Executive-level communications, including board updates, strategic updates and talking points.\nTranslate complex IT initiatives into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.\nEnsure all messaging aligns with IT strategic pillars and corporate objectives.\nManage and facilitate recurring IT Town Halls.\nDrive cross-functional alignment by coordinating with IT BMO, Business Managers, Corporate Communications, and other business units.\nDevelop and implement processes to ensure effective collaboration and information flow across IT and business functions.\nFacilitate feedback loops to enhance communication effectiveness and operational processes.\nSupport change management efforts with proactive, transparent messaging and stakeholder engagement.\nSupport unITed and IT Talent Program initiatives by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, tracking follow-ups, and helping execute engagement, upskilling, networking, and recognition activities as needed.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 8 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nDemonstrated ability to drive cross-functional engagement and manage complex projects.\nProven experience writing for executive audiences and distilling technical content into accessible language.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, project management, and operational leadership skills.\nProficiency with communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, intranet tools).\nStrategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and operational excellence.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nCollaborative, proactive, and adaptable leader.\nImpeccable organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing demands effectively.\nStrategic thinking and planning\nRisk management and compliance\nProject management and execution\nBudget management and financial acumen\nProcess improvement and best practices\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
