This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution, technical program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.\nYou will partner closely with engineering leaders and service owners responsible for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), PKI and Machine Identity, Secrets Management, Encryption Services, and Cryptographic Platforms. You will help ensure these services are prepared for and aligned with major enterprise initiatives, including cyber resiliency programs, infrastructure modernization, platform transformations, and regulatory-driven technology changes.\nSuccess in this role requires both technical depth and strong organizational leadership. You will be expected to understand complex technical concepts, engage engineering teams on architectural and implementation decisions, coordinate work across multiple stakeholders, track execution against milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nLead and coordinate cross-service initiatives impacting Secure Platforms technologies.\nDrive execution of strategic programs spanning Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI, Secrets Management, Machine Identity, and Cryptographic Services.\nPartner with engineering teams to assess impacts, define requirements, track deliverables, and resolve blockers.\nServe as a technical liaison between Secure Platforms and enterprise technology teams.\nBuild and maintain program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, executive status updates, and readiness assessments.\nSupport enterprise initiatives such as cyber resiliency programs, recovery environments, infrastructure modernization efforts, segmentation programs, cloud transformations, and other strategic initiatives.\nAnalyze technical architectures and identify impacts to cryptographic services and trust infrastructure.\nFacilitate working sessions, technical reviews, and stakeholder governance forums.\nDevelop metrics, reporting, and dashboards to measure execution progress and organizational readiness.\nContribute to technical strategy discussions and help translate strategic objectives into actionable engineering outcomes.\nAssist service owners with roadmap planning, adoption tracking, and enterprise engagement activities.\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, identity and access management, cryptography, or technical program leadership.\nBachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives.\nUnderstanding of one or more of the following domains:Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)\nSecrets Management\nMachine Identity\nCryptography and Key Management\nCloud Security\nIdentity and Access Management\nPost-Quantum Cryptography\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, senior leadership, and business stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience tracking multiple workstreams and managing complex dependencies.\nTalents Needed for Success:\nTechnical curiosity and willingness to learn emerging security and cryptographic technologies.\nAbility to influence without direct authority and drive outcomes across organizational boundaries.\nStrong program management and execution skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and helping teams navigate complex problems.\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with execution-oriented delivery.\nSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nCollaborative mindset with a passion for building relationships across engineering organizations.\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
