As a team member you will pay a major role in supporting the environment, building automation solutions.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nExtensive experience with implementing and managing BI platforms for business intelligence, data applications, and embedded analytics.\nExperience in managing BI platforms includes Looker, Amazon Quicksight.Experience in designing and delivering complex Plat form architectures\n\nExtensive experience with Python programming, Shell Scripting and Powershell ScriptingIdentify and implement various automation solutions using scripting\n\nHave worked on various product APIs to automate Admin functions.\nExtensive knowledge and experience on setting up security using Active Directory, Azure AD and Ping federate.\nHave worked on configuring OAuth, SAML configurations for SSO implementationExperience is defining SDLC process and CICD process using Jenkins\n\nIntegrating Looker with a Git repo for code commits\nExtensive knowledge and experience with platform governance and resiliencyQuicksight, Looker architecture design and administration including but not limited to troubleshooting and find opportunities for automation to streamline the day-to-day Operations of the platform.\n\nExperience with Looker, Quicksight Setup and Administration\nArchitect and develop data models, ETL packages, Reports utilizing Power BI applying best practices to the development lifecycle. Data Modeling experience with Kimball method\nExperience with more than one database tool such as Snowflake, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server\nUnderstanding of various external components that BI tools depend in order for a successful connectivity which includes understanding of Network, Firewall, Proxy etc.Integrating BI with different tools which includes and not limited to Splunk, collibra, Service now.\n\nUnderstanding of pre-requisites for a successful connection setup\nStrong ability to quickly propose solutions by recalling the latest best practices learned from MVP & Product Team articles, vendor documentation, whitepapers, and community publications\nA passion for understanding and integrating business semantics into technology solutions. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing role where delivering solid work products to exceed high expectations is a measure of success\nExcellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills\nAbility to lead complex projects\nCertifications \nWork closely with internal IT, Server, Security teams to troubleshoot including reviewing logs and resolve issues with production/non-production environments\nWork independently and provide solutions to users.\nBuild CI/CD pipeline to check in and migrate Power BI data sets/dashboards/reports between workspaces utilizing Power BI Rest APIs/Power Platform \nBuild & Support BI platform metrics such as user tracking/logging, usage monitoring, anomalies detection in published data sets and reporting at an enterprise level using Power BI Platform \nTrain self-service BI users and support the business in promoting self-service BI and the overall data platform through communications, collateral and training material\nSupport BI production environment for large scale user base\nAvailable on call support for Production issuesProvide leadership and vision for best usage and practices with regards to multiple BI tool set.\n\nSetting standards and guidelines for BI development.\nMentor other team members for knowledge transfer\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 10 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nIn depth experience Administering various BI products\nWorked in a complex environment\nHave in depth automation experience with APIs\nHave in depth knowledge of CICD process\nHave experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, knowledge with AWS services\nNice to have AWS solutions Architect associate certification\nExperience with Terraform\nUnderstanding of network, proxy\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
