You will enable the delivery of secure and compliant blockchain solutions by coaching Agile teams, removing impediments, coordinating dependencies, and improving delivery predictability. The role requires experience with blockchain or digital-assets initiatives, knowledge of financial services, and the technical fluency to support engineering teams working with .NET, Solidity smart contracts, and related blockchain technologies.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nServe as Scrum Master for multiple Digital Assets and Blockchain Engineering teams\nFacilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and cross-team planning\nCoach teams, Product Owners, and Engineering Leads on Agile practices, estimation, self-organization, and continuous improvement\nRemove delivery impediments and coordinate dependencies across product, .NET, Solidity, blockchain platform, testing, security, and infrastructure teams\nSupport backlog refinement, release planning, delivery forecasting, and coordinated deployment of application and smart-contract capabilities\nPromote a strong risk-and-control mindset, including security, resiliency, compliance, and other non-functional requirements\nUse Agile metrics to improve transparency, delivery predictability, and team performance\nCommunicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and escalation needs to technology and business stakeholders\nStrengthen Agile maturity and ways of working across Digital Assets Engineering\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Fintech (preferred) or equivalent experience\n5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach supporting software-engineering teams\nExperience supporting multiple teams in a complex, dependency-driven delivery environment\nRequired experience supporting blockchain, digital-assets, distributed-ledger, tokenization, or smart-contract initiatives\nTalents Needed for Success:\nExperience within financial services, capital markets, banking, payments, fintech, or another regulated financial environment\nWorking knowledge of blockchain concepts and smart-contract development and deployment\nExperience supporting teams using Solidity and .NET/C# is strongly preferred\nStrong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to translate between blockchain engineering, financial-services requirements, and Agile delivery\nSufficient technical fluency to work effectively with .NET and Solidity engineering teams\nStrong understanding of risk, controls, security, and compliance in a regulated environment\nProven ability to remove impediments and manage complex cross-team dependencies\nScrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred\nWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
