This individual should thrive in a highly regulated financial services environment and be capable of managing multiple Oracle EPM applications while partnering effectively with business and technology stakeholders.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nAdminister, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications\nDevelop and manage business rules, integrations and financial reports\nEnsure data integrity and consistency across EPM modules through regular validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting\nCollaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements within the EPM environments\nManage user access, roles, and security settings in accordance with internal controls and compliance standards\nPerform routine application maintenance, system upgrades, backups, and patch management to ensure high availability and performance\nAlign risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately\nProvide technical support, training, and documentation for end users \nMonitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and liaise with Oracle support for complex troubleshooting\nContribute expertise to the design of components and participate in the functional testing\nStay current with Oracle EPM Cloud updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities\nConstruct unit test cases that ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements\nWork with peers to mature ways of working, continuous integration, and continuous delivery\nQualifications:\n6+ years of related experience\nBachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nDemonstrated experience administering multiple Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with a strong preference for: Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS)\nAccount Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)\nTax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS)\n\nWorking knowledge of other Oracle EPM products including EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Predictive Cash Forecasting and Smartview is a plus. \nApplication Administration & Support\nAbility to perform day-to-day EPM administration activities, including: User provisioning and security administration\nConfiguration management\nMetadata maintenance\nEnvironment migrations and refreshes\nMonitoring and troubleshooting application issues\n\nExperience supporting production environments with a focus on stability, reliability, and compliance. \nConfiguration & Testing\nAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical specifications.\nExperience performing regression testing, validating enhancements, and coordinating user acceptance testing during application releases and upgrades.\nStrong attention to detail when documenting changes and verifying impacts across integrated applications. \nIntegration & Data Management\nFamiliarity with Oracle Data Exchange, Data Management, Pipelines, Integration Agent, and related integration technologies.\nUnderstanding of inbound and outbound data integrations between Oracle EPM and enterprise applications such as ERP, Data Warehouse, and reporting platforms.\nAbility to monitor, troubleshoot, and support data integration processes. \nAnalysis & Solution Design\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to: Review business requirements\nEvaluate impacts across multiple EPM applications\nDevelop functional designs and technical specifications\nRecommend scalable and supportable solutions\n\nAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively with finance, accounting, tax, and technology teams. \nRelease & Change Management\nExperience supporting and testing Oracle monthly updates, application enhancements, and platform releases.\nAbility to coordinate release activities, testing, documentation, and deployment activities in accordance with DTCC's System Delivery Process (SDP).\nCommitment to change control, governance, and risk management practices. \nActual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
