The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.\nPay and Benefits:\nCompetitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive\nComprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location\nPension / Retirement benefits\nPaid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.\nDTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).\nThe Impact you will have in this role:\nAs an Associate Director within IT Asset Management and ServiceNow Platform Delivery, you will lead enterprise-wide ITAM and ServiceNow transformation programs, driving efforts that include modernization, governance, data quality, and stakeholder enablement efforts across ITAM, CMDB, lifecycle management, and ServiceNow.\nThis role is accountable for end-to-end program delivery, overseeing large, cross-functional initiatives that integrate ITAM, CMDB, ITSM, and asset lifecycle processes-ensuring alignment to regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nLead large-scale ITAM and ServiceNow programs\n\nOwn program roadmap, milestones, budgets, and outcomes\n\nDrive execution across agile and hybrid models, following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.\n\nOversee CMDB, CSDM, ITAM integration or enablement work efforts\n\nEnsure alignment to enterprise data models and governance\n\nSupport key ITAM initiatives and capability operationalization projects\n\nDrive ITAM and LCM governance and improvement efforts\n\nDrive new CSDM capabilities and taxonomy improvements across stakeholder groups\n\nIntegrate CMDB with external systems as needed in project support efforts\n\nManage projects and Professional Services engagements to improve CMDB data quality\n\nDefine Critical Data Elements, ownership, and recertification workflows\n\nManage internal stakeholder projects or work efforts requiring ITAM, CMDB or ServiceNow support\n\nInterface with senior leadership, architecture, Service Owners\n\nDeliver executive reporting and metrics\n\nDrive automation and workflow improvements\n\nReduce manual processes and increase scalability\n\nDefine standards, KPIs, and operating models to ensure operational support for new capabilities\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 8 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\n8+ years ITAM / CMDB / ServiceNow experience\nProven enterprise program delivery\nExperience in regulated environments\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow (CMDB, ITAM, ITSM)\nExperience with CSDM and lifecycle management\nPreferred: ServiceNow, ITIL, PMP certifications\nAbility to drive on-time program and project delivery and stakeholder management\nUnderstanding of CMDB accuracy and critical data element enhancements\nAbility to drive audit-ready lifecycle controls and dashboarding\nUnderstanding of ITAM automated governance and controls\nGreat communication and organizational skills\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
