This role will be responsible for coordinating multiple squads working across Oracle HCM Cloud, HR integrations, benefits, payroll, talent, learning, and other HR technology projects.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong project management, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and IT governance experience. This individual will help create structure, drive execution, ensure adherence to Software Development Process (SDP) standards, and provide transparency across project portfolios. The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Functional Leads, Architects, Delivery Teams, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of HR technology initiatives.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nManage multiple concurrent HR technology projects and initiatives across various delivery squads.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.\nTrack project health, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.\nEnsure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business priorities.\nFacilitate project governance, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.\nSupport Agile delivery practices across multiple squads.\nOrganize sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.\nPartner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to ensure user stories are properly documented and prioritized.\nTrack sprint commitments, delivery progress, and impediments.\nDrive accountability and alignment across teams.\nAdminister and maintain JIRA boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.\nEnsure requirements, defects, enhancements, and technical debt items are properly tracked.\nWork with technology leads and business stakeholders to prioritize work based on business value and strategic objectives.\nDevelop reporting metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into delivery performance.\nGuide teams on adherence to Software Development Process (SDP) standards and enterprise delivery practices.\nEnsure required project artifacts, documentation, approvals, and controls are completed throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate architecture reviews, risk assessments, testing activities, and production readiness reviews.\nSupport audit, compliance, and governance requirements as applicable.\nAct as a liaison between HR, IT, Product Owners, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Vendors, and Delivery Teams.\nFacilitate stakeholder meetings and communication forums.\nEnsure alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.\nEscalate risks and issues appropriately while driving resolution.\nPrepare and distribute project status reports, executive dashboards, RAID logs, and portfolio summaries.\nProvide concise and accurate updates to leadership regarding project progress, risks, budget impacts, and resource needs.\nIdentify delivery bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance, communication, and team effectiveness.\nPromote standardization, automation, and operational efficiencies.\nSupport implementation of AI-driven and modern project management practices where applicable.\nFoster knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 6 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\n5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably supporting enterprise applications.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and Agile delivery teams.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExperience managing and administering JIRA, dashboards, workflows, and backlog management processes.\nExperience creating project plans, resource plans, RAID logs, executive status reports, and governance materials.\nAbility to coordinate activities across multiple squads and delivery workstreams.\nStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Technology, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Vendors.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience managing project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution processes.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to operate independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project reporting tools.\nExperience supporting HR Technology initiatives, Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Learning, or Workforce Management projects.\nUnderstanding of SDP, architecture governance, and enterprise IT controls.\nExperience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certifications.\nExperience with portfolio management and resource planning tools.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled project management and reporting solutions.\nExposure to cloud transformation, SaaS implementations, and systems integration projects.\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
