The role requires a professional with strong, relevant project management experience and a proven ability to deliver outcomes through collaboration, influence and clear, proactive communication with cross functional teams. Success in this position demands high energy, adaptability, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nResponsible for driving business and function led changes involving business processes, client, technology, organizational structures and / or regulatory requirements\nProactively identify risks, issues and dependencies, ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and escalated in a timely manner\nPlan, organize and manage projects and initiatives ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget\nEffectively communicate and collaborate across diverse stakeholders including business, IT, vendors, and ecosystem partners\nIndependently check and challenge assumptions and execution approaches\nPartner across the organization to manage change adoption and ensuring team member and stakeholder buy-in\nTrack and measure progress / success against business objectives and outcomes\nSupport the program or project lead as needed to deliver outcomes\nAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 4 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nAdvanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, data visualization, and storytelling\nStrong Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis\nExperience with program / portfolio management software (e.g. Jira, Planview)\nProject manager training and certification is a plus\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
