You would actively participate and contribute on developing and delivering a robust and scalable platform solution as per the regulatory and client requirements.\nThe Software Engineering role specializes in planning, detailing technical requirements, crafting, developing, and testing all software systems and applications for the firm. Works closely with architects, product managers, project management, and end-users in the development and improvement of existing software systems and applications, proposing and recommending solutions that tackle sophisticated business problems.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nDevelop applications in compliance with functional and non-functional requirements\nConstruct unit test cases that ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements\nFollow design and code standards, contributing to continuous improvement discussions\nCreate and maintain system documentation\nAlign risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately\nContribute to the design of components or individual programs\nProvide production support for applications as needed\nWork with subject matter experts reviewing technical designs and specifications\nApply different software development methodologies dependent on project needs\nWork with peers to mature ways of working, continuous integration, and continuous delivery\nTalents Needed for Success:\n4+ yrs of exp in Java, Spring, Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, EC2, S3, UNIX and related technologies\nExposure to Amazon Q, Amazon KiroActual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
