The Sr Sourcer partners closely with Recruiters to develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies that engage premier passive talent for critical roles. You will be instrumental in building talent pipelines, delivering market insights, and influencing hiring decisions through your expertise in research, talent intelligence, and relationship-building.\nYour Primary Responsibilities\nUnderstand the needs of the business, research talent market conditions, and develop sourcing strategies to facilitate the recruitment process\nMaintain strong relationships with Recruiters and hiring managers by using talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring decisions\nLeverage research and talent intelligence tools to conduct heat mapping, competitive analysis, and market insights to inform sourcing strategies\nIdentify and source appropriate talent for current and future roles, proactively building pipelines and engaging with passive candidates\nProvide recruitment counsel and guidance to partners including employment data and market trends\nChampion diversity and inclusion by adopting innovative strategies that attract top diverse talent\nEngage with various talent communities and networks focused on in-demand skills, while staying attuned to evolving technologies and talent trends.\nMaintain a pulse on where top talent is gathering, both online and in person, and build relationships that help DTCC stay ahead in attracting future-ready professionals.\nEstablish rapport with hiring managers and influence through data, insights, and strategic recommendations\nOperate as a player-coach, providing guidance and support to junior sourcing team members\nAlign risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to assess and mitigate risk; raise issues appropriately\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\n5+ years of sourcing experience within an agency or corporate setting (preferably with a focus on Accounting/Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources or Legal\nStrong research and sourcing skills, including use of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar\nFamiliarity with talent intelligence platforms and market mapping techniques such as LinkedIn Insights or Talent Neuron\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office and digital sourcing tools\nPassion for emerging technologies and a curiosity-driven approach to talent discovery\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
